We want you to find a system that suits both your dealership and your pocket. It's not easy and whilst initial cost plays a part, it's not the only consideration:
- Is the system easy to use? If not, then budget for training sessions.
- What is the cost for ongoing support and are there any hidden charges?
- Do you pay for upgrades or are they included in the support charges?
- Is the product constantly being developed - if not are you buying an outdated system?
- Are your existing computers/networks suitable - or does this entail new hardware?
- How many other dealers are using the system? More users normally equates to a more stable product
- Was the system designed specifically for the motor trade or was it adapted from a general business system.
- Does the software company actually understand your business - the motor trade is pretty unique!
