To fulfil the needs of Parts and Service Departments to keep track of and control the buying and selling of their parts stock.

Manufacturers Price Data

Dragon2000 currently process price updates for most manufacturer's price files, and allows you to add items to your parts stock using the manufacturer's price information.

Dragon2000 Version 9 has a fresh, clear interface. Input from our users has enabled us to create the most intuitive and logical layout. Even those who have never touched a computer before should find that they have no problem understanding and getting the most out of the system.

 

Minimum System Requirements

Dragon2000 can be installed on any cabled Microsoft Windows Network (wireless networks are not recommended). A specialist server is not required, but can be accommodated if you have one. The minimum specification of each computer is 1.5Ghz Pentium 4 or Athlon XP, 500MB Hard Disk Space, CD-ROM drive, A4 printer.
Windows 2000: 256 Mb RAM; Windows 2003 or XP Professional: 512Mb RAM; Windows Vista: 1Gb RAM

 

Reporting

Salespersons Report Categories:
  • Stock Reports - Low stock reports, static and slow moving, barcode labels
  • Purchase - All orders placed as Intermediate, VOR or Standard between the given dates
  • Returns
  • Counter Sales - Parts Allocated to customers
Management Report Categories:
  • Stock Reports - Historical Stock Report
  • Purchase - Analysis of orders placed, outstanding and received in full between the given dates
  • Sales - Reports by payment type, daily sales totals and invoice log
  • Profit - Analysis of Counter Sales and Service Issues, Most profitable sales, audit trail
  • Credits - Items received back from Customers

 

Links to other Applications

The Dragon2000 parts system can link to most manufacturers price files and automatically update your parts stock value. Please talk to us if this is what you require.

 

Pricing

The Dragon2000 DMS is a set of modular components. Items can be added to a system at any time, to expand the coverage of the system throughout your company. Networking the system requires a simple Windows™ network, then simply purchase additional licences for each machine.

Support

Our support package includes all future upgrades to your system FREE OF CHARGE, and is available for as little as £29.50 per month, depending on the number of users.

Dragon2000 offers one months telephone support from the date you receive the software. During this time we will be happy to talk you through any steps that you are unsure of.
