Dragon2000 have access to data provided by all the industry leaders. This ensures that your commercial decisions are based on the most up to date business figures available. From used car valuations, registration number lookups and finance checks, to new vehicle pricing and option availability. Subscriptions are usually a 12-month supply with monthly updates being automatically downloaded each month from our website. Available data supplies include the following....

New and Used Vehicle Pricing Data

We can provide the following valuation data within your Dragon2000 system.

• Glass's Guide Used Car Valuations
• CAP Used Car Valuations
• Glass's Guide New Car Pricing and Options

Valuations can be performed on each stock record, and also from a dedicated Valuation screen. This also allows you to print confirmation of the valuation. By adding a subscription to Vehicle Data lookups you can also value a car by simply entering its registration number.

Valuations of your entire stock book can be printed each month.

New car pricing data will enable a facility that allows you to build quotes for your customers, based on the manufacturer's retail price for a vehicle, including factory fitted accessories. The order can be printed, stored, and if the car becomes physical, can be transferred to your new vehicle stock.

New car data from Glass's also adds manufacturer colour options to new and used vehicles within the system.

Parts Files

Dragon2000 systems can access most manufacturer's parts price files. If you are a franchised dealer, the chances are that we already supply this data to our other customers but we do always check that you are authorised to receive it. Once we have this authority, the data can be downloaded from our website as and when updates are released. For customers on our support programme there is no charge for this service.

Postcode Data

One of the most productive add-ons available, Dragon2000 systems can be enabled to fill in accurate address details from just postcode entry. Once enabled, this system gives access to the data in most other business packages in addition to Dragon2000.

Postcode Data Prices

The following prices are per computer, and cover 12 months subscription. You may wish to add the postcode database to the service counter, whereas it may not be as useful in the admin office.

• Price per computer, up to 10 computers, year one £200 + VAT
• Price per computer, over 10 computers, year one £120 + VAT
• Price per computer, year two £100 + VAT
