OUR OFFICE ENVIRONMENT

We operate from offices set in the tranquil Northamptonshire countryside, near Silverstone Circuit - although our workplace is an oasis of calm and peaceful productivity. Just 10 miles from Milton Keynes and Northampton, 6 miles from M1 Junction 15, and only minutes from the A5, we have the perfect location with great road links but away from all the hustle and bustle.

Prices

The cost of the training, which includes lunch, is £350 (+VAT) per delegate per day. All courses are one day only

Course Content

Whichever course you choose (Sales, Workshop or Parts) the course will cover all aspects of the system required to get you up and running, and utilising the core features of the DMS to the full.

The courses are very much how to relate the software to your own job, rather than how to use a computer!

  • Login, staff permissions
  • Initial system Setup, including labour rates and employees
  • Navigation of the system, searching for and loading records
  • Creating Customers, Suppliers and Prospects
  • Creating Vehicle Records & Bookings (workshop)
  • Advertising including Digital Photos and Web Submissions
  • Recording Purchase, Sales and Costs, including invoicing
  • Management reports and profit analysis within Dragon2000
  • Understanding the simple yet powerful Sage Integration, including the creation of nominal codes (however, the course will not cover the intricacies of Sage 50 Accounts)

    If you are already experienced in using the Dragon2000 system, a course can be run specifically for your own company to focus on the specific topics you need clarification on.

    Available Dates

    Training takes place every week at our Towcester offices.

    Typically the courses are attended by staff from one company only, but can also be provided to individuals from different companies if their existing knowledge of Dragon2000 is at an equal level.
