Telephone and Email support is available to users who have a support contract with Dragon2000. All software is supplied with 30 days free technical support, after which point you can choose to pay by monthly Direct Debit, or annually for the twelve months ahead.
Signing up to our support scheme will enable you to
Call Dragon2000 between 9:00 and 17:00 Monday-Friday for help with your Dragon2000 system, or advice on any computer related matter
Download upgrades to your Dragon2000 installation - always keeping you up to date with the latest version of the system
Email your data for analysis if you feel you aren't using the system to its full potential
Download updates to your Dragon2000 system at any time within your support period. Updates are automated, so there's no 'logging in' to our web site required.
Download updated Model description databases when new ranges are introduced by car manufacturers
